Looking for a new way to utilize Copilot in Teams? Look no further than today’s #TechTipTuesday!
Have you tried out AI Notes in Teams? By default, this feature is turned on for new chats, but for those of you who (like me) have many existing chats that you use more than any new conversation, you’ll need to manually turn this feature on. Here’s how it works:
1. Select Open AI notes at the top right of a Teams chat.
2. Select the multiple toggle icon then turn on the toggle next to AI-generated notes. Alternatively, select Turn on from the right pane.
These notes will automatically update for you to include a summary, unanswered questions, and key decisions that have been made. This feature has been a game charger for project group chats!
