Am I the only one who can’t stand the number of clicks it takes to associate a link with specific text? Find link, select insert, fill in text to display and URL fields… too long. Let’s shorten that with today’s #TechTipTuesday.
Here’s how to go from 6 clicks to 2 👇
Copy the URL: From the site you want to link, copy the URL.
Highlight the Text: Highlight the text you want to turn into a hyperlink within your Teams message, post, or SharePoint site.
Paste the URL: Ctrl+V to associate the link with your text.
And that’s it! Your text is now a clickable hyperlink.
